Blueberry Oats

Have you ever tried to find a cereal box or bag in your supermarket with no added sugar? It's not easy, is it? Fortunately, you can simply make your own breakfast cereal with no added sugar and heaps of protein. Here's how. You will need:

  • Oats

  • Milk (any kind will do)

  • Plain yoghurt - I buy the local Mundella Reduced Fat Natural

  • Blueberries or some kind of unprocessed fruit

  • Toasted almonds


Putting It All Together

First, 35 g of oats:



Then 63 mL of milk (I'm a maths nerd and didn't even bother to reset the scale):



And 100 g of yoghurt (the scale kindly reset itself 👍😂)



Mix together then add the fruit - I used blueberries:



And finally put almonds on top. Enjoy 😎
