I have been thinking about how to start my own business. The advice from the Self Employment Assistance provider was to have a clearer idea of what I would offer and to who. Lots of inferior mind was coming up. As they suggested, I contacted two of my previous supervisors for advice. They are yet to respond but I guess it's the weekend.
When I did the meditation today it was very effective and powerful, but afterwards it felt like I had been hit in the head with a shovel. It still does, even now. I did some bookkeeping to return to something familiar, until I completely ran out of energy. I will definitely need to sleep on it.
