Pushing Myself No Longer Causes Burnout

I've been doing a meditation for five years and I recently realised I was able to push myself without causing burnout. I caught up with the things I committed to doing and even started doing stuff in the backyard again. Not only that, I felt immensely satisfied. I was no longer being stuck on doing one thing but doing a variety of things. I've been keeping up learning Vietnamese, doing various tasks at the organisation I volunteer for and even doing blog articles more often. Before this meditation, I would feel quite burnt out. For a while doing this meditation I deliberately slowed down, before realising I could in fact speed up again.
