After yesterday's meditation it felt like I had been hit on the head with a shovel. Turns out it was completely worthwhile! I had dreams I had never had before that were very vivid. In one, I went to a doctor's and in the building behind a tall glass window was some kind of device like the Fountain of Youth. I marvelled at how it removed my wrinkles (luckily I don't actually have any yet). More significantly, today I felt so different, energised and enthusiastic. I approached tasks with a completely different mindset.
