I previously wrote about working with others but today I realised something further. It is worth having the mindset of doing together for greater enjoyment and energy, which leads to... productivity gains! š I started exploring this approach today with something as simple as hanging a retractable hose on the wall with my Dad. And lo and behold, it was actually much easier than I expected. We didn't even have to replace the old wall plate. Combined with choosing a 'mateship' mind over an irritated one, I even did further tasks physically on my own - I took the rubbish out and fixed some loose gutter guard on the roof. However, I still had that mindset of doing together. It felt good and I got them done quickly.
I'll continue to explore this approach and mindset tomorrow.
